Rigamonti Mincy - Hand Mincer and Biscuit Extruder
The Rigamonti Mincy Hand Mincer is an inexpensive, easy to use multipurpose kitchen machine. For mincing the machines included are 2 mincing discs, cutting blade and a sausage funnel, also included in the box is a biscuit extruder, and 3 discs to extruder pasta.
Made from food safe polypropylene with stainless steel knife and plate, suction cup base and dishwasher safe.
Includes biscuit die - to make biscotti di latte.
