'Stockli' Electric Chestnut Roaster

Roast Chestnuts without an open fire! Thanks to this electric table-top chestnut roaster you can roast chestnuts in 15 minutes!

Made by Stockli, in Switzerland.

You turn the roaster on, put the cut chestnuts on the holed basket, cover them with the lid and cook. Simple! The roaster doesn’t produce smoke during cooking and won’t dry the chestnuts out.

As a bonus you can also prepare excellent grilled vegetables or simple baked potatoes.

Come autumn, chestnuts are in abundance. For us, the unmistakable fragrance inspires memories of childhood and Nonno shaking around a steel pan over an open fire.
