Learn how to make traditional potato gnocchi and ricotta gnocchi then enjoying our creations together over an Italian lunch with a glass of wine.
The class is hosted by MasterChef Australia 2017 contestant and author of 'Pia's Table', Pia Gava.
Enjoy a hands-on class and learn techniques to master perfect pillowy homemade gnocchi from scratch.
Pia Gava will share the secrets to make beautiful home-made gnocchi in this special class.
We will learn to make two types of Gnocchi:
- Potato Gnocchi
- Ricotta Gnocchi
- 2 types of sauce
Following our class we will sit and enjoy a delicious gnocchi lunch with a glass of wine!
Bring along your favourite apron and container for any take home gnocchi, if we don’t devour all during our lunch!

- Class duration 2.5 to 3 hours
- You will receive recipes for each gnocchi dish
- Get hands on and make your own gnocchi
